The ConnectWise Manage Integrations feature allows to you manage ConnectWise accounts from the MSP user interface. The following services can be managed through MSP:
- Content Shield Plus
- Essential Services
In addition, Intronis Backup data (except Tickets) that reside in ECHOplatform can be viewed.
The following table describes the features provided by MSP.
