Inactive Feature Overview
You can maintain backup data stored in the cloud for decommissioned offline computers by changing the status to Inactive which preserves the saved data in the cloud while disabling backups and pausing notifications.
Active/Inactive status is displayed in the Executive Report and on the Homepage.

The following icons are used to display the status of computers.

The Manage Account page displays the various inactive subaccount icon statuses, as shown below.
