SecureEdge Support Tools is now available on the internal CloudGen Access (CGA)

SecureEdge Support Tools is a resource listed in the CGA App Catalog titled “SecureEdge Support Tools”.

There are two ways to access SecureEdge Support Tools when connected to the CloudGen Access.

Direct URL Link to SE Support Tools

  1. Enter URL in browser: https://se.barracudanetworks.com/support
  2. Enter your credentials in the username/password browser pop-up for access

Cloudgen Access App Catalog

  1. Open CGA App
  2. Search for SecureEdge Support Tools
  3. Click on the name of the app.
  4. Enter your credentials in the username/password browser pop-up for access

If you are not able to access this resource and are connected to CGA, make sure to create an IT Ticket (https://cuda.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6) and include the following:

  • CGA Support Logs (Debug Mode enabled)
  • Date/Time of access
  • Screenshot of error received
