Barracuda Backup Service

Barracuda Backup Service includes Barracuda Backup appliances which provide scalable storage capacity, allowing you to expand your backup storage as your business requires. These appliances provide a capacity-based subscription model which allows you to pay for only what you need to protect today, avoiding large upfront hardware costs or complex hardware upgrades.

Notes:

  • Storage capacities can only be increased, not decreased.

  • Capacity modifications are performed at the contract level through Sales/Partner Support.

SecureEdge Edge Service and SecureEdge Access

Barracuda SecureEdge provides secure application access, cloud-delivered security for endpoints, and automated SD-WAN connectivity for sites and industrial facilities of any type or size.

Note: The User actions Remove Serial and Change Serial are not yet active in MSP App. These actions are performed in the SecureEdge application.

Entra ID Backup

Entra ID Backup is Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), accessed and managed through the same Cloud-to-Cloud Backup application available for backing up Microsoft 365 data. Additionally, if you have the Cloud-to-Cloud Backup (CCB) license for Microsoft 365, Entra ID Backup is available at no additional cost.

Entra includes the following service options:

  • Entra ID Backup Premium Service MSP

  • Entra ID Backup Service MSP

  • Entra ID Backup Free Service MSP

Entra ID Backup Premium Service MSP

Barracuda Entra ID Backup Premium provides standard back up data as well as extended protection to back up Entra ID objects like App registration keys, Bit Locker keys, Enterprise Apps, conditional access policies, logs, and more.

Entra ID Backup Service MSP

Barracuda Entra ID Backup backs up standard User objects including important information about each user, such as their name, email address, job title, and permissions. This standalone service is included in the Premium and the Premium Plus Email Protection plans.

Entra ID Backup Free Service MSP

Barracuda Entra ID Backup Free is an identity and access management service available in the Cloud-to-Cloud Backup (CCB) platform.

Entra ID Backup Free is available to SMBs that already have CCB activated to their account, either as a standalone product, or as part of an email protection plan (Total Email Protection, GenOne, Premium, Premium Plus).

Intronis  Backup

Barracuda Intronis  Backup (IBU) provides the ability to recover data from physical servers, virtual machines, or Microsoft-based applications to maintain business continuity and operational resilience.

MSP App supports IBU as read-only availability.
