Managing Integrations

The MSP App Managing Integrations functionality has moved to BarracudaONE. Although you may manage your legacy integrations in the MSP App, all new and upgraded PSA integrations now default to BarracudaONE.

To move your current integrations in MSP App to BarracudaOne, see Upgrading a ConnectWise or AutoTask integration to BarracudaONE

Note: ECHOplatform Autotask integrations also can be moved through the MSP App.

You can continue to access and edit your legacy integrations using the MSP App interface until you upgrate. However, you must use BarracudaONE for the following actions:

  • Add

  • Delete

  • Update
