Attention

Starting May 1st, 2018, we will no longer offer the ArchiveOne family of products. This includes all editions of ArchiveOne, ArchiveOne for Files, Max Compression, and Access Security Manager. If you currently hold a maintenance and support contract, you will continue to receive our award-winning support until your contract expires, or until May 1st, 2019, whichever occurs first. The license for ArchiveOne is perpetual; therefore the software may continue to be used independently without any updates or support indefinitely.

This article applies to Barracuda ArchiveOne version 7.3.

The ArchiveOne Deployment Analyzer (AOneDA) provides the System Health functionality once ArchiveOne is installed. In order to update from ArchiveOne Deployment Analyzer version 3.0 to version 3.1, you must manually uninstall the existing version and install the new version. Once completed, no further manual updates are required.

To update AOneDA from version 3.0 to 3.1,

  1. Log on to the Archive server as an administrative user.
  2. From the Control Panel, open Programs and Features, and uninstall AOneDA.
  3. Once uninstalled, download the AOneDA version 3.1 MSI file.
