Giving feedback on Barracuda Assistant

When Barracuda Assistant responds to a request, you can give feedback to help the AI improve.

To give feedback on Barracuda Assistant

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Type a question in the Ask your question box.

    • Select one of the preset questions below the Ask your question box.

  2. Click the arrow AISubmit.png.

  3. Click one of the following buttons:

  4. Thumbs Up ThumbsUp.png

  5. Thumbs Down ThumbsDown.png

  6. If you clicked the Thumbs Down button, do one of the following:

  7. If you want to want to give more feedback, click Yes Yes.png. Write your response and click the arrow AISubmit.png.

  8. If you don’t want to give feedback and want to continue the conversation instead, click No No.png.
