The End of Sale is the last order date for the appliance model. Support will still be provided for hardware and software-related issue. In case of a hardware failure after EoS date, you might be required to transition to similar hardware.
The End of Life is the last day of firmware support for a specific hardware and firmware product bundle, including software subscriptions and any hardware maintenance subscriptions. Barracuda Backup firmware released after this date will no longer be tested or supported on this hardware model and may not work. In case of a hardware failure after EoL date, you might be required to transition to different hardware.
