Scope:

Applies to the Barracuda Email Security Service and the Cloud Protection Layer.

 

Answer:

When Mail is incorrectly blocked for score in the Cloud Protection Layer or in the Barracuda Email Security Service,  you need to select the message and then click the NOT SPAM button.

This sends the message to Barracuda Networks, which then reviews the scoring and modifies our database as needed.
