Settings: Before You Begin

Before you begin using Incident Response, configure the settings that will be used as defaults.

To access the settings:

  1. Log into Incident Response
  2. In the left navigation menu, select Settings
  3. On the Settings page, select tabs on the left to view and update specific settings. 
    Settings update automatically. There is no Save button to click. 

You can change settings at any time.

Note that certain settings are available only with Barracuda Email Protection Premium and Premium Plus plans and thus are not visible to Automatic Remediation users.
