Asset Synchronization

The ServiceNow Service Desk integration uses an asset synchronization method that pushes all applicable individual Barracuda RMM devices to a  single table. All assets, whether they are servers or workstations, for example, are pushed to a single table in ServiceNow.

To control how assets are pushed from Barracuda RMM to ServiceNow, you create a schema that pulls the applicable information from your data source. For more information, see The Import Set Data Source Table Schema.

Asset Synchronization Schedule

Once the integration is complete, assets are synched from Barracuda RMM to ServiceNow every 24 hours to check for added or deleted devices. You can set the start time of the daily sync. See To change the time of the daily ServiceNow synchronization in Modifying ServiceNow Integrations.

Asset Synchronization Logs
