Viewing Infrascale Backup Events and Errors

  • Last updated on

The Infrascale service module monitors for info, warning, and critical backup events. The monitors are configured to display events in the service module dashboards when an issue occurs that might require remediation, such as restoring files on a server, or performing a backup.

Events can be viewed for all sites, for a specific site, or for a device. For any event, you can view details, including:

  • Monitoring details, such as the device name, backup type, and backup status
  • Backup details, including duration, event date, number of files uploaded, files with errors, unchanged files, and total number of files processed
If you see an alert for a file and folder policy that says the backup ran with errors, log in to your Infrascale dashboard to view additional information.
